Non-Mega, non-Primal, non-Shadow raid counters. Special requires something beyond ordinary play and normal TMs. Hybrid means the score may overstate the moveset's practical performance.

Build order
Start with the most useful coverage
A type is complete at 10 ranked movesets. Green cards are ready; the meter shows progress toward 10.
Core raid coverage
Build these first. They repeatedly answer common legendary and Mega raid weaknesses.
Targeted expansion
Useful specialists once the core is taking shape; build them for the bosses you raid most.
Niche or later
Usually narrow, overlapped by stronger coverage, or not worth a dedicated early roster.
Normal is intentionally omitted: Normal attacks are never super-effective, so AMML does not treat a dedicated Normal raid list as a roster goal.

How to use this build order
These three groups are a practical investment queue for raid-focused players, not a promise that one attack type always beats another. Start with the core group because it repeatedly covers common legendary and Mega raid weaknesses and several powerful double-weakness matchups. Add targeted types when a current boss, your existing Pokémon, or a specific family raid need makes them valuable. Leave niche types until later when another stronger or broader type often covers the same boss.
Normal is deliberately not in the queue because no Pokémon is weak to Normal attacks. Always choose counters for the boss in front of you: its dual typing, moves, weather, and your available Pokémon can make a targeted type the best choice regardless of its group. The 10-moveset goal is only an editorial completeness signal: it means AMML has enough curated entries to be a useful reference, not that a player needs to build ten Pokémon of that type.
